Eric Mackey-Fitzgerald is an Orange County native and Trinity Law School graduate. During his time at Trinity, Professor Fitzgerald served as Editor-in-Chief of Trinity Law Review and was a member of The Federalist Society. He was an intern for a Social Security attorney in San Diego, California before becoming a clerk for a family law attorney in Garden Grove, California. It was during his clerkship that he decided to pursue a solo family law practice.
Professor Fitzgerald practices family law in Garden Grove and is a volunteer attorney for California State University, Fullerton’s College Legal Clinic, as well as for the Christian Legal Aid Office in Santa Ana. At Trinity Law School, he teaches Community Property and Family Law.
