Jeff Erskine earned both his B.A. and M.A. abroad. He moved back to Orange County to earn his J.D. at Western State University, College of Law. He is currently the General Counsel for an immigration firm focusing on asylum cases and investor visas. He began specializing in immigration law in 2011 at the immigration clinic at Western State.
His family has a proud history of military service. Dating back to his ancestor, Winthrop Frost, who served in the Continental Army from 1775 to the end of the American Revolution. Professor Erskine served in the U.S. Army as a Judge Advocate.
Professor Erskine is the Director of Online Programs (CA). He has taught Juris Doctorate courses in the Flex Program including Torts and Contracts. Additionally, his experience expands to teaching a broad array of courses in the MLS Program: Torts, Contracts, Business Organizations, International Criminal Law, and Classic Cases in Bioethics. He also teaches the Winter Economic Development and Human Trafficking Program in Cambodia.
