Michael L. Parker is an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School, where he teaches Insurance Law, Professional Responsibility and Remedies.
Professor Parker received his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, and his B.A. in History from UCLA. Professor Parker has over 25 years of experience practicing insurance coverage, real estate and business litigation in State and Federal Courts.
Professor Parker has also provided pro bono representation in Constitutional and Civil Rights litigation involving Free Speech and Free Exercise of Religion issues. Professor Parker’s research interests include global issues in Defamation, Privacy and International Human Rights Law.
Professor Parker and his family attend the Evangelical Free Church in Cypress, California.
